EXECUTIVE TERMINAL OVERVIEW
In the
summer of 2007 we proudly opened the new Executive Terminal
at the Westfield-Barnes Airport (KBAF). Corporate aircraft
operators quickly took note citing our new facility as the
finest FBO in the region with facilities and operations rivaling
many of the larger chain FBOs but with a refreshingly affordable
price.
In addition,
we completed construction of a new 20,000 square foot corporate
hangar shortly after the opening of the FBO increasing our
total hangar footprint to over 56,000 square feet and providing
the ability to accommodate large cabin aircraft.

SAFETY
Our principle
focus is the safety of our Guests and associates and we regularly
review all aspects of our operation to ensure that our standards
are properly maintained. From continual verification of compliance
with aircraft fueling standards (NATA, ATA 103, NFPA 407)
to detailed inspections of the tug and towbar attach points
prior to moving any aircraft, drug and alcohol testing of
all employees that may directly interact with your aircraft,
even the use of whistles when moving aircraft and monitoring
catering refrigeration temperatures to avoid food illness
- there is no detail too small when it comes to your safety.

SECURITY
Ensuring
the security of your flight, and identity, is another fundamental
which we take very seriously. The Executive Terminal is equipped
with an eight camera closed circuit video surveillance system
with a forty-five day archive. All airside access points are
equipped with electronic access control and ample lighting
illuminates the entire apron and vehicle parking areas. There
is even a satellite office in the Terminal for the local police
department.

GUEST
SERVICES / CONCIERGE
Without
question, our most valuable assets are our dedicated associates.
Each team member is selected based upon their eagerness to
assist our Guests and understanding that their role is intrinsic
to the overall success of your flight - after all, an FBO
is as much hospitality as it is aviation. We also encourage
our Guests to utilize our concierge service to assist in making
your stay as enjoyable and productive as possible.

MAIN
LOBBY
Upon your
arrival, whether by air or ground, you will be greeted by
the large multi-level glass lobby providing a breathtaking
panoramic view of the local topography. Modern finishes in
the atrium are tastefully complemented by comfortable seating
arrangements. Small alcoves with Parisian cafe tables provide
a discrete setting for conversation or you may journey to
the second floor mezzanine for additional interior seating.
Additionally, we invite you to visit the outdoor observation
deck (closed in during the winter season) that overlooks the
airport’s runways and picturesque rolling hills to the
east.

CREW
LOUNGE & QUIET ROOMS
We recognize
that flight crews often spend many hours waiting at an FBO.
We also understand that the FBO’s amenities can make
all the difference between a restful experience and a restless
one. The crew lounge is segregated from the main lobby and
is furnished with comfortable seating arranged around a large,
flat screen television. Complimentary wireless internet is
provided if you choose to check your email or surf the web.
Two quiet rooms with relaxing leather recliners are located
adjacent to the lounge and a large flight planning room is
also provided just a few steps away. Clean, private rest rooms,
including showering facilities, are also provided within the
lounge area.

CONFERENCE

Located
above the main lobby, and available to our Guests with prior
request, is the state-of-the-art conference facility. The
large conference table can comfortably accommodate 16 people
and additional seats that flank the table provide seating
for 14 more. A high resolution ceiling mounted projector casts
your message onto a large electrically controlled screen and
a tall podium, with connections for a laptop computer, is
provided for your emcee or speaker. There is even a refreshment
center with sink and refrigerator discretely located at the
rear of the room.

AVIATION
FUELS
AirFlyte
is proud to offer quality Shell Aviation Jet A and AVGas fuels.
The construction and cleanliness of our state-of-the-art fuel
storage facility has set a benchmark that other operators
investing in a fuel storage facility refer to in designing
their own. Our mobile fuelers are built on late model truck
chassis providing unmatched reliability and all our associates
are thoroughly trained in fuel quality assurance in accordance
with NATA and ATA 103 standards as well as NFPA 407 fire protection
guidelines.
Additionally,
in an effort to provide our Guests the ultimate value during
an era of turbulent energy prices, we complement our refreshingly
affordable price by participating in most major contract fueling
programs .

DEICING
New England
is a beautiful place to visit, especially in the fall; however,
winter operations can make your travel plan coordination a
bit more challenging. Although we cannot control the weather
we are pleased to provide our Guests with heated hangar space,
when available, as well as aircraft deicing. Our 1,000 gallon
1,000,000 Btu aircraft deicer has a 39 foot working height
and is equipped with a variable-rate nozzle allowing us to
dial-in the required flow volume based on the amount of accumulation
and, more importantly, making the process more affordable
by improving efficiency. All our deicing professionals are
trained in accordance with NATA’s Business Aircraft
Deicing Guide and are required to refract and verify operating
temperature of the propylene glycol fluid prior to application.

LARGE
AIRCRAFT CHARTER
We have
been recognized by many collegiate athletic departments for
our professionalism and efficiency in handling their large
aircraft charter needs (MTOW in excess of 100,000 lbs.). These
teams and charter companies have also applauded our ability
to maintain TSA screening requirements while providing a relaxing
and welcoming environment for all their passengers. Our systematic
approach to the ground service and passenger handling needs
has been refined to provide a seamless transition from landside

GROUND
TRANSPORTATION
Rental
car, limousine, and chauffeured sedan services are all readily
available to our Guests. We have carefully selected our ground
transportation vendors based upon their safety record, attention
to detail, and quality of service. In addition, we review
airside operating procedures on a one-on-one basis and maintain
control of all vehicle movements prior to the aircraft arrival
to ensure that there are no unintended deviations.
Our Guest
Service agents would be pleased to assist in arranging your
transportation needs and, as a policy, we review and confirm
all reservations prior to your arrival. Additionally, we would
be more than happy to recommend local vendors if you prefer
to coordinate the services directly.
